Shipping, Returns, and Store Policies

Shipping Policy

Where we ship

Simply Unique Baby Gifts offers free standard shipping to the 48 contiguous United States. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations, please contact us for a shipping quote before placing your order.

Shipping methods and transit times

Free standard shipping: Delivery typically takes 6 to 10 business days after the order ships.

Expedited shipping ($8.95): Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days after the order ships.

Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays.

Processing times

Processing time is separate from transit time. Each product page lists the processing time for that specific item under "Processing Time" - times vary based on whether the item is personalized, the type of personalization, and the production schedule of the maker. Please review processing times before ordering if you have a deadline.

P.O. Boxes

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Our carriers require a physical street address for delivery.

Multiple shipments

Orders containing multiple items may ship from different warehouses on different dates. You may receive multiple shipment confirmation emails and tracking numbers for a single order.

Returns and Exchanges

Standard return policy

Non-personalized items may be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. Returned items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging intact. All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number issued by Simply Unique Baby Gifts before they will be accepted.

Personalized items

Personalized items are made specifically for the recipient and are final sale. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on personalized items unless the item is defective or the personalization was performed incorrectly due to our error.

Items we cannot accept for return

  • Personalized items (except defective items or our error)
  • Items that have been used or laundered
  • Diaper cakes that have been disassembled
  • Edible items
  • Cosmetic and personal care items
  • Partial returns of multi-item orders

How to request a return

Call 1-866-476-0213 or email support@simplyuniquebabygifts.com with your order number to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns sent without an RA number will not be accepted.

If you received a gift

If you would like to return a gift you received, please ask the purchaser to contact us with their order number. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method.

Defective items

If an item arrives defective, we will provide a replacement. Email support@simplyuniquebabygifts.com with your order number and a description of the issue (photos help). Note: screen-printed glassware that arrives damaged is credited rather than replaced.

Damaged Shipments

If a package arrives visibly damaged, you have two options at the point of delivery:

  1. Accept the package and note the damage on the freight bill or delivery receipt. This protects your right to claim damages with the carrier.
  2. Refuse the package. Refused packages return to us automatically.

If you do not note damage on the freight bill, the carrier may only accept partial responsibility for the merchandise. After receipt, contact us immediately at 1-866-476-0213 or support@simplyuniquebabygifts.com with your order number, tracking number, and photos of the damage. We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Changes and cancellations can typically be accommodated if your order has not yet been processed or personalized. Contact us as soon as possible at 1-866-476-0213 or support@simplyuniquebabygifts.com with your order number and the requested change.

Once an order has entered processing or personalization, changes and cancellations may not be possible. Cancellation fees may apply.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, incomplete address, or because the recipient has moved, the following applies:

  • Reshipping: We can reship the package, but you will be responsible for the new shipping cost plus any return fees the carrier charges us.
  • Refund if not reshipping: A refund may be issued for the product, minus original shipping costs and any carrier return fees.
  • Lost or destroyed packages: If a package is lost or destroyed in transit because the wrong address was provided to us, we are unable to issue a refund or replacement.
  • Our error: If the delivery error was caused by Simply Unique Baby Gifts, we will replace the gift at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

Refunds are processed in one of two ways, at your option:

  • Store credit applied to a future Simply Unique Baby Gifts order
  • Credit to the original payment method used at purchase

Refund amounts equal the product purchase price minus the original shipping fees paid on your behalf. Expedited shipping fees are not refundable unless we failed to meet a delivery deadline you specified at checkout (as confirmed by carrier tracking). Re-stocking charges may apply to larger items shipped directly from a manufacturer.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order. Once your order ships, you will receive a separate email with tracking information. Orders that ship in multiple packages may generate multiple tracking emails. You may also check the status of your order using the order status link in your confirmation email.

Payment Methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Sales Tax

Orders shipped to addresses within the state of Texas are charged 6.25% sales tax. Orders shipped outside of Texas are not charged sales tax.
