Shipping
Free Standard Shipping (6–10 business days):
All orders ship free within the continental U.S.
Processing times vary by product and are not included in the shipping estimate.
Expedited Shipping (3–5 business days):
Available at checkout. Processing times apply to all shipping methods.
If your order is missing:
Please notify us within 7 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays) of the carrier marking the package as delivered.
Requests submitted after this timeframe may be denied.
Processing Times
Processing times vary by product, especially for personalized or made-to-order items.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Requests for cancellations or order changes must be submitted via email to
support@simplyuniquebabygifts.com.
We can honor cancellation or modification requests only before processing begins.
Once an item (personalized or not) has entered production, we are unable to modify or cancel it.
Returns & Replacements
Personalized Items:
Personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged,
unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.
Non-Personalized Items:
Eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Defective Items:
If an item arrives with a clear manufacturing defect, we will replace it at no cost.
Please notify us within 14 days of delivery.
Items Damaged in Transit:
If an item is damaged during shipping, the carrier is responsible for coverage.
A damage claim should be submitted to the carrier. We’re happy to help guide you through this process.
Refunds
Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Customer Responsibilities
Please double-check that your shipping address is accurate before completing checkout.
Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer cannot be refunded or replaced free of charge.
